  • You will be able to book a service through our website's booking page or by calling our front desk during operating hours.

  • Please bring your dog's vaccination records and make sure your dog is leashed. For day care, feel free to bring specific items that make your dog feel comfortable, such as a favorite toy or blanket. Outside pool toys are also allowed in the swimming area.

  • Yes, all dogs must be up-to-date on their vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and Bordetella. For the well-being of every dog in our care, we strictly enforce this policy. Please ensure your dog’s vaccinations are up-to-date to avoid any disruption in services.

  • Please inform us of any special needs or medical conditions when booking. Our staff will be trained to accommodate and provide the best care for all dogs.

  • Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance without any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.

ABOUT OUR FACILITIES…

  • We plan to be open Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

  • We take cleanliness seriously at Salt Dog and we will follow strict cleaning protocols and regularly sanitize all equipment and areas with gentle, non-irritating cleaning solutions to keep everything spotless and safe for your pup.

    Our pool will feature a biosand filter that removes impurities and uses copper to naturally disinfect the water, so we don’t need harsh chemicals. This means healthier skin and coats for our furry swimmers, making every swim session safe and beneficial.

  • We maintain a low staff-to-dog ratio and closely supervise all group activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for every dog.

  • You bet! You're more than welcome to stay and watch your dog in action during their swim session.

    We've even designed our bone bar with the perfect vantage point for you to relax, grab a refreshment, and enjoy the adorable sight of dogs having a blast in the water.

    You'll be able to soak in the fun alongside your furry friend—just as long as you don't join them in the pool!

OUR POLICIES


CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance without any charges.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

NO-SHOWS

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged the full service fee.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you.

However, the session may need to be shortened to avoid delays for other clients, and the full service fee will still apply.

Health & Safety Guidelines


The health and safety of our clients and their furry friends are our top priorities. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we will implement the following guidelines:

All dogs must be up-to-date on their vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and Bordetella. Please bring your dog's vaccination records to their first visit.

VACCINATIONS

We maintain strict cleaning protocols, including regular sanitization of all equipment and areas. Our pool is equipped with a biosand filter that removes impurities and uses copper for natural disinfection. To maintain our hygiene standards, we kindly ask that you take your dog out for a bathroom break before coming inside or frequently during prolonged visits to avoid any accidents.

HYGIENE

Dogs showing signs of illness, such as coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, or lethargy, should not visit Salt Dog. If your dog has been ill, please wait at least 48 hours after symptoms have cleared before bringing them into our facility.

HEALTH CHECK

Our staff is trained in pet first aid and CPR, and we have emergency procedures in place to handle any health or safety issues that may arise.

STAFF TRAINING

For the safety of all our guests, dogs must be non-aggressive and socialized. If your dog exhibits aggressive behavior, we may ask you to pick them up early and may discuss alternative arrangements for their care.

BEHAVIOR

Please ensure your dog arrives on a leash and that you clean up after them during your visit. Waste disposal stations are available throughout our facility. For services other than day care, please schedule a bathroom break before a session to avoid accidents inside.
